Products can be supplied in varying formats with a shelf-life ranging from 7 days to 18 months.

Products can be supplied fresh, extended fresh, long-life or frozen, and distributed, ambient, chilled or frozen. Packaging options include flow-wrapped, thermoformed, gas flushed or bulk packed. Typical shelf-life ranges between 7 days and 18 months, depending on specifications.
